What is this tool?
When someone shows interest in your retreat but hesitates โ "it's expensive," "I don't have time," "I need to think about it" โ most facilitators freeze. They don't want to be pushy, so they let the moment pass. And the potential participant disappears.
This tool gives you ready-made responses for the 8 most common objections. Each objection has 4 different response styles, so you can choose what fits your personality and the situation.

๐ก Pro Tips for Handling Objections
Listen First
Let them fully express their concern before responding. Often they just need to feel heard.
Validate, Don't Argue
Start with "I understand" or "That makes sense" - never make them feel wrong for hesitating.
Ask Questions
Sometimes the stated objection isn't the real one. Gentle questions reveal what's really holding them back.
Know When to Let Go
Not everyone is ready. A graceful "no pressure" can turn into a "yes" later.
