I grew up watching my grandmother lead dawn ceremonies in the hills above Oaxaca. After a decade in architecture in Mexico City, I returned to those hills and began teaching yoga. My classes weave indigenous breathwork patterns with modern vinyasa flow, creating something that feels both ancient and alive.
Architecture taught me about structure, space, and intention. When I left that world, I brought those principles into my teaching. Every retreat I design has a spatial logic — where you practice, where you eat, where you rest — all of it matters. I completed my 500-hour YTT in Rishikesh but my real education happened in my grandmother's garden, learning to breathe with the land. Seven years later, I have guided 32 retreats and worked with over 400 people from 22 countries.
I host retreats because I believe transformation does not happen in a studio. It happens when the ground under your feet is unfamiliar and the sky is wider than your plans.
Every retreat I design is an invitation to stop performing wellness and start living it. The mountains, the food, the silence — they do most of the work. I just hold the space.
Whether you have questions about an upcoming retreat or want to discuss something specific — I'd love to hear from you.
