This retreat is designed around one radical idea: you already know how to heal — you just need the space to do it.
Each morning begins before sunrise with a silent walk to the cliff edge. The ocean sound becomes your meditation bell. From there, we move into 90 minutes of slow, intentional yoga — not performance, not achievement, just presence.
Afternoons are unstructured by design. Some days you'll join a breathwork circle or a sound healing session. Other days, you'll simply read, swim, sleep, or sit in the garden and do absolutely nothing. The permission to do nothing is, for most people, the most transformative part.
Evenings bring the group together. Community dinners are long, candlelit, and unhurried. Some nights end with a sharing circle. Others end with silence and stars.
