Johnny brings over 12 years of experience in breathwork, yoga, and somatic movement. After training in India, Bali, and Costa Rica, he developed a unique approach combining ancient breathing techniques with modern movement science. His retreats are known for creating profound shifts — participants often describe them as life-changing.

My journey started after a corporate burnout in 2014. A chance encounter with a breathwork teacher in Rishikesh changed everything. I spent three years studying with masters across Asia, eventually developing my own method that bridges Eastern wisdom with Western body science. Today I lead retreats across Europe and Asia, helping others find what I found — a way back to themselves.

Why I Host Retreats

Most retreat leaders teach techniques. I create experiences. Every retreat is designed as a complete journey — from the first breath on day one to the integration practices you take home.

The magic happens on day three. That is when the armor cracks.

I keep groups small because transformation happens in intimacy, not in crowds. Every participant gets personal attention, modified practices when needed, and a safe space to go deep.

Conscious Connected Breathing — A rhythmic breathing practice that bypasses the thinking mind and accesses stored emotions in the body. Sessions last 60-90 minutes with live music and hands-on support.

Somatic Movement — Intuitive, unstructured movement that lets your body lead. No choreography, no mirrors — just you and the music. This is where breakthroughs happen for people who live in their heads.

Sunrise Yoga Flow — Gentle morning practice combining vinyasa flow with breathwork integration. Designed for all levels — every pose modified in real time based on what the group needs.

Evening Integration Circles — Small group sharing circles where we process what came up during the day. A space where vulnerability feels natural, not forced. What is shared in the circle stays in the circle.

Nature Immersion Walks — Silent walking meditations through nature trails. No phones, no talking — just the sound of your feet and your breath. These walks often produce the deepest insights of the retreat.
