I spent 15 years in corporate finance before a burnout sent me to the Swiss Alps. I trained in Wim Hof breathwork, completed my yoga certification in Rishikesh, and became a certified mountain guide. Now I combine breath, movement, and altitude to help others find the stillness that changed my life.
Growing up in Stockholm, I was the last person you would expect to find living in a mountain chalet. I was analytical, driven, and deeply uncomfortable with silence. The turning point came during a corporate retreat in Davos. A local guide took us on a sunrise hike and led a breathing exercise at the summit. Something cracked open. Within six months, I had resigned, enrolled in breathwork training, and moved to Zermatt. Seven years later, I have led 24 retreats and hosted over 280 people from 18 countries.
I host retreats because I know firsthand what burnout feels like — and I know that the cure is not another vacation.
Every retreat I lead is the retreat I wish someone had offered me when I was running on empty.
Whether you have questions about an upcoming retreat or want to discuss something specific — I'd love to hear from you.
